In December we launched Smart Start Childcare Centre, an English Immersion and Life Skills Training

Pre-school for children 18 months to 5 years old. In 2024 we will start operating beginner ESL programs

for Children ages 6-11, and specialized ESL programs and tutoring opportunities for teachers, University

students, businesses and ministries. Revenue generated from these non-profit operations will pay for

operational costs of the centre, and eventually provide income to increase various outreaches, and

educational programs for marginalized people.

Our vision for Victory Chiang Rai is to create a safe, positive and nurturing environment for children and

students that participate in our programs. We see Victory Chiang Rai as a community centre, a safe

space for youth to gather, a centre for outreaches, such as programs that feed and provide necessities

for the local community and an educational centre that also provides scholarships to those in need. Our

heart is to continue to nurture the human spirit, one child, one village, one community at a time.

opportunities for those who otherwise have no access to these basic needs. We are encouraged that
